To get started, sign up for a free account and then click on "create a new listing". You will be led through a series of pages prompting you to tell us a little about the site, domain or service that you wish to sell. This will include the minimum price at which you wish to start the bidding, the reserve price at which you are willing to sell, and optionally a “Buy It Now” price at which you are willing to end the auction immediately. The auction will run for the length of time you specify or until the BIN is reached.

 

Once you have gone through this process you may be required to purchase credits for your auction to be listed.

 

If you’ve provided an accurate description for the item your are selling, and if you have set a fair minimum bid, you can now expect the bids to start coming in. Make sure you verify site access and add traffic and revenue statistics (if you have them) as this will help boost trust from buyers. Keep an eye on your private messages as some people may have questions before they submit a bid or BIN (buy it now).

 

As the seller, you must accept or reject each bid that is placed on your auction. Once you accept a bid, it will become public and the minimum bid will increase for other bidders.

 

If you accept a bid greater than or equal to your reserve price, you are legally bound to sell the item to the winning bidder at the end of your auction so we advise you to take your time deciding on this price.

 

Once the auction has ended, assuming you accepted a winning bid, it’s time to collect payment and hand over the site or domain to the winner. Bow.To will send you an email with the winning bidder’s contact details. The details of how you collect payment and how you deliver the item are up to you to negotiate with the winner. Bow.To recommends that you work out these details with the seller before accepting a bid.
